Reporting a timer issue
Include the page address, browser name, the time zone involved, what you expected, and what happened. An invented test date is enough to reproduce most time-zone problems; you do not need to send your actual personal reset time.
Suggesting a correction
Link the page here and the original official source. Explain which statement needs updating. We review corrections manually and do not promise an instant response.
Privacy requests
Use the same address and mark the subject “Privacy request.” Your timer lives in your own browser and can be removed with Clear timer or through your browser's site-data settings. See the privacy notice for other processing.
Account support
We cannot investigate or change OpenAI account limits. For those questions, use OpenAI's support instructions. Do not email us passwords, session cookies, API keys, or private repository files.
