Rules for public announcement records
- Use an official original source that supports the date, event type, and affected users.
- Separate personal usage windows, announced extra resets, and banked-reset grants. A grant does not establish that a benefit has been redeemed.
- Keep day-only dates at day precision. Unknown scope is “Not specified in the source.” We do not turn missing times into midnight timestamps.
- Write a brief independent summary, attach the source, and record the actual successful review time.
- Correct the record with a revision when evidence changes. Never update the review time merely because a build or page view happened.
